It has three entrances and is therefore suitable for different uses, such as single housing or rent apartments.

The holiday home has a large covered terrace with panoramic of the Val d'Orcia and 600 sqm garden with walnut and fruit trees. In the garden there is a well for rainwater collection and solar roof panels suitable to heat the hot water.
